as part of my degree show project surrounding the washing up, i have become enthralled by monoprinting. the process is so quick but results in fabulous textured images. as someone who enjoys to perfect a design or idea via repetitive process, i can only see this obsession growing. following these, i hope to learn how to incorporate a variety of colours. despite loving the black and white stark prints, my work is usually very colourful, so hopefully i will find a way to merge the two. below is an overview of some of my prints, followed by close ups of some favourites from my first day of monoprinting.
